فرصة عمل الأحلام!

 

رحلة البحث عن العمل يا صديقي شاقة جدا في زماننا هذا، لقد قمت بتفصيل السيرة الذاتية وتعديلها مرات ومرات حتى تصبح أكثر جاذبية وسهولة لقارئها. سمعت أن الشركات ذات السمعة المرموقة تهتم بخلفيتك التطوعية، فشاركت في العديد من الأعمال التطوعية من خلال المنظمات الأجنبية والعربية في أندونيسا وتركيا وقطر وحصلت على شهادات وتكريم وجدت لها مكانا في حافظتي الإلكترونية على جوجل بجانب الشهادات الأكاديمية. لم يكن ذلك كافيا على ما يبدو. سمعت أن شهادة البكالوريوس اليوم لم تعد مقياسا وأحيانا غير كافية، قمت بتعزيز شهادتي الجامعية بشهادة جامعية أعلى لعل وعسى أن يعزز ذلك فرصي وسط زحام المتقدمين للعمل وتكون العلامة الفارقة هذه المرة. أثناء الرحلة سمعت الكثير من كلام جبر الخواطر والتحفيز مثل "لا تيأس"، "لعله خير"، "رزقك مكتوب"، "اصبر"، إلى كلام أكثر تطرفا وتثبيطا للمعنويات مثل "التقديم أونلاين لا ينفع" "تحتاج إلى واسطة"، "إذا لم تكذب في سيرتك الذاتية لن تتوظف أبدا". حسنا، ما زلت مصرا أكثر من أي وقت مضى على تعزيز معرفتي والبحث عن فرصة عمل "الأحلام" إن صح التعبير ولا أظنه يصح، سوف يتخلل ذلك مزيد من الأعمال التطوعية والشهادات الأكاديمية والأهم كثير من دعوات أمي.

The journey of searching for work, my friend, is very difficult in our time. I have detailed the CV and modified it time and time again until it becomes more attractive and easy for the reader.  I heard that reputable companies care about your volunteer background, so I participated in many volunteer work through foreign and middle eastern organizations in Indonesia, Turkey, and Qatar, and obtained certificates and honors that found a place in my electronic portfolio on Google, next to the academic certificates.  That wasn't enough, apparently.  I heard that a bachelor’s degree today is no longer a standard and is sometimes insufficient. I have strengthened my university degree with a higher university degree. Perhaps this will enhance my chances among the crowd of job applicants and be the distinguishing mark this time.  During the trip, I heard a lot of words of redress and motivation, such as “Do not despair,” “It happens for a good reason,” “Your livelihood is preordained,” “Be patient,” to more extreme and demoralizing words such as “Applying online is useless,” “You need an intermediary,” and “If you don't lie on your CV, you will never get hired".  Well, I am still more determined than ever to enhance my knowledge and search for a “dream” job opportunity, if I can use this word and I don't think it's practical. This will include more volunteer work, academic certificates, and most importantly, my mother’s prayers.
